Considering a Flash for my Nikon

I love taking photos. I've gone through a handful of point and shoots, but what I love most is my Nikon d80. While I do have a flash I bought a while ago, it just doesn't refresh fast enough. I'm considering purchasing this one from Amazon but I wanted to hear what you guys things. If you use a top mounted flash, what's your preference?
